- We can refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (rare, but reserved)
- All products are subject to availability; if something sells out after you order, we'll refund you immediately

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

PRODUCT INFO

We try to be accurate but reserve the right to correct typos, pricing errors, or product description mistakes. If you ordered something with a wrong price, we'll tell you before charging your card.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The James Edwin Supply name, logo, photos, and product descriptions are ours. Don't copy them.

LIABILITY

Use our gear responsibly. We're not liable for misuse, modification, or injury resulting from improper use. Read the safety info that comes with each product.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Arizona state law. Any disputes go to courts in Maricopa County, AZ.
